Flush mount. Existing hole seems to be slightly smaller than 3/16.

Hey, thanks for posting! This clip reminds me of our 70-014, which has a 1/16" offset. Could this be something you can use on your window?

Very similar look and size. Your right about the 1/16" offset which I didn't originally notice.
