Casement slide rail?

Question

Need that Slide rail at the bottom of the frame, the torsion(?) arm is broken off its appox 6 3/4 center pin to pin, the crank seem to be fine.only making I could find is TRUTH cast into the crank housing. Thanks

Hello! sounds like you need a new hinge. We don't sell this exact style, but our 36-048 should work perfectly well for you as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will go into more detail.
