Pivot bar on bottom of sash measures seven and three-quarter inches, Number 40620. The swivel arm measures 5 5/8 inches, #31272. The bottom bracket on the sale measures 10 1/2 inches

Thanks for writing in. This is actually called a hinge set. See our 36-048. See if this matches what you need.

I also have the #31272 window crank set. do I order 2 sets of the 36-048 to replace both sides or is the top set a different number

The 36-048 comes in a set, with hinges for the top and bottom of the casement window. We always recommend replacing both hinges in the window to ensure that they work together and nothing binds up.
