I'm not sure of the brand window these are. I haven't had any luck finding these weatherstrips. Any idea what they may be?

Hello, thanks for posting! To start you can take a look at our 58-178 Pella Casement Window Rainstrip. However, in order to make a confident recommendation I will need to see your weather stripping from an end profile view. Thanks for those follow up pictures! I'm afraid we don't have an exact replacement for your weather stripping. However, take a look at our 58-055 and see if this is something that could work for you.
