Casement wedgeless cam latch

I need a Milgard LH latch like the one in the photo. The screws are 1.5" apart.

Thanks for posting, Lyle. Can you confirm the hole spacing? Please make sure to measure from the center of each hole, not their edges. Thank you!

Yes, it's 1.5" center to center.
