Unfortunately, Roto stopped making the link arm shown in your photos, which works with the 39-091 and 39-092. Review the image below to confirm this is the setup you have.

We also offer the 39-224 folding and 39-230 standard handles for these assemblies but, unfortunately, the link arm that connects to the sash is obsolete and there is no known alternative. We've tried many products from our inventory and have not been successful. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
