Casement widow locking latches

Question

The mounting screws are 2-1/2" apart, the inside gap between the latch and the backside of the body is 3/4". the overall body (not the handle) is 3".
The widow is equipped with four (4) latches.

Take a look at our 38-036 lock, this looks like it could possibly be used as a replacement.
