Casement widows from 1980s

We do carry a wide variety of casement window parts, but yours looks like it might be trouble. Your operator appears to be built into the sill trim itself. I will need you to remove the operator from the window entirely before we can recommend a match. 

I have a feeling that we won't have anything exactly the same, but maybe we can find a substitute. You probably won't be able to get away without altering the sill trim in some significant way to get a new operator to fit.

You also mention you need new operators for the top and bottom, but casement windows only have one operator that's on the bottom, at the sill. Could you be referring to the hinge? If so, that would be easier to replace. The issue is that your hinge just looks like one straight bar. The hinges we sell are a little more complex as mechanisms, though I don't see any reason why they wouldn't still work. 

See our 36-048 to start out. Look over our dimensions and let me know if you could get this to work on your sash. One issue to keep in mind is clearance; since your old hinge is just a bar, there is a chance that our hinge will be too tall to fit at the top and bottoms of your window. If I had to guess--and I am guessing here--then you may need to find a way to make room in the window frame for that clearance. You only need to worry about this should it become an issue, though. That's one of those "cross that bridge when you get there" problems, in my opinion. 

It's ultimately up to you how you proceed. I wish I could get you more exact replacement options, but I still think the parts we carry can work for you with a little handy work.
