Casement windo operator

A quick learner from Bristol, CT says:
I am in need of a casement window opertor similar to your item #39-188 but I have a 4" arm and i only see 5" items. Is there any 4"?

I'm afraid that we aren't able to supply the 39-188 in this size. It may still work for you, but may need to swap out the arms.

To do this, you will have to drill out the new and old arms, then install the old arm on the new operator using a 62-014 rivet. This is done by placing it on a flat plate of metal and hammering it down so that the rivet mushrooms and holds the arm in place.
