Small piece attached to the sash that goes into the aluminum guide. Keeps bottom jingle side in line with the frame.

That looks like the slide for a hinge. These aren't sold separately, unfortunately, so you'll need a new hinge. See our 36-048. I think this will work for you as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time.
