Casement window

Question

I saw some of your products are very close to what I am looking for but it seems that the arm that locks on to the window isn't 5 inches, it's more like 4.5 inches. Is the 5" just an estimation toi guys use or does it have to be exactly the same length? I'm looking at the 39-187 operator? Is that right one for a left side window?

Our 5" measurement for the 39-187 operator is accurate, but it may still work for you. You would have to adjust the bracket to which it attaches to make up the difference. This will require drilling a new hole.

The only other solution is swapping the arms out, which can be a bit involved. Let me know if you're interested and I'll go into more detail.
