Hello there. I'm not sure what your mounting hole locations are, so I went ahead and listed some of the types of operators we have that might work for you. You will need to take a look to see which operator would be the best match to the one you need to replace. However, this set up is a bit unusual--that 'upper operator' seems to act as part of the window's hinge, which is certainly an usual setup. It also might prove to be a problem if the upper operator is no longer in sync with the lower, new operator. I suggest seeing if you could install a new set of hinges that work in unison with each other. Take a look at our 36-004-10 or 36-004-14, as well as the video below.
