Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell a part like this separately. You'd need a new hinge as a result. Start by taking a look at the 36-048's specifications and see if they match what you need. We just recommend you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

I will be happy to purchase a pair, but the dimensions on the hinge you have shown me are different than what I have. I think I have an older window.

Do you have a hinge for a window that was installed in 1978.
If not, I will purchase this set. From the inside, the hinge on my window is on the right hand side. The window opens from left to right

In what ways do the dimensions differ? The 36-048 may still work for you depending on that and as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time.

Great, all orders can be placed right on our website at your convenience. Note that the 36-048 isn't handed so it can work for either right handed or left handed windows interchangeably.
