Casement window arm

Question

my casement bay window needs a new
arm crank. The current one installed on the windows says Truth and is stamped 40986Is this part still available? if not, can you suggest one compatible for this one?

Hello,

Your operator resembles one of the Encore style pairs shown in our video below. The determining factor would be the fitting that attaches the straight arm to the sash track.

If you need new hinges as well, the 36-048 would be a good place to start, depending on whether the 10" long base matches yours. Thanks for posting!
