A home owner from MA says:
My casement window arm came off of the hinge track. What parts do I need?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Well, your operator looks somewhat like our 39-393. Other than the fact the arms disconnected, it appears to be in good condition.

I mention this operator because it's designed to connect to a bracket like our 39-340, which just so happens to resemble the bracket shown in your last picture. Yours seems to be missing the little black piece that holds the pegs, which is what the 39-393 operator physically attaches to. That's probably the culprit.

I think you could get away with just getting a new 39-340 and installing it in that same spot. let me know what you think.

A home owner from MA says:
I think that is the piece I have been looking for! Thank you!!

You're welcome!

A home owner from MA says:
I received the piece and it fits perfectly. But the arms somewhat easily still come off of the pegs. Is there some way to secure them that I am missing? Or is this how they fit? Thanks in advance

Hello!

The detach clips can feel a little loose. I believe that is just the nature of the beast, unfortunately.  You can try to tweak the clip a little to tighten it, but be careful not to weaken or damage it.
