Casement window arm hinge and 10" track

Question

I need to replace both the right and left casement window arm hinge and track.  American Craftsman said that I need a 10" track.  It was on a 7500 series American Craftsman casement window.  Thanks

Hello! You should be able to use our 36-048 as a replacement, but you'll need to replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below should offer some helpful tips, too.
