Casement window arm operator

I am replacing a Truth Entrygard window arm operator for a casement window opening out and locking on the right (hinged at the left) where the link arm is just over 3 3/4 inches long. Can you recommend a replacement part, because on your site I only see options longer (4 7/16) and shorter (2 13/16), but not that length.

I'm not sure what it is you need, exactly. Can you please remove the part from the window and take clear pictures of it for me to see? Thanks!

Have a look at the 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operators. Compare the measurements of your original to those operators and see if it's as good as a match as we think it is.

It is the exact entire part in the photo, except for a 'right' hand window.

Did you look at both 39-031 and 39-032?
