Casement window arms

Question

Hello, I need to replace my casement window arms due to the shaft in the crank coming out. Can you recommend a replacement part? Numbers on the arms are 30895 and 40510.

Thanks for your post! I believe you may have the 39-083 Dual Arm Crank. To determine if this is the correct replacement, you'll need to measure the wingspan measurement, as shown below.

Since the worm gear on your operator has become stripped, you'll need to manually fold the arms in to confirm the measurement.
