Casement window arms not fully retractable

I think I need this assembly replaced. Milgard Windows circa 2005.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Check out the 39-091 casement operator. Review the specifications and see what you think. Unfortunately, the link arms were discontinued and are no longer available. I'm afraid Roto offered no alternative. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
