Casement window bottom track needed

Question

I have a casement window that has no track on the bottom nor the part that attaches to the window that would ride in the track and keep the window close to the opening while it slides back-and-forth as the window opens or closes. In general, the window parts are truth/EMCO and a number of parts I purchased from you have fit these windows. Please help me identify all the parts I need to purchase. Thank you

It sounds like you need new hinges. Take a look at the 36-048 set. These should work as long as the 10" base that attaches to the sill matches yours.

Your operator resembles the 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard operators. Take a look and confirm the measurements below match yours.
