Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would like to see the base of your operator inside the house to compare to our inventory. Please also confirm the length of the long arm shown in your photos that attaches to the bottom of the sash. Thank you!

Yes Casey,

That's the correct Base for for my assembly. I'm trying to order 36-048 2-bar hinge set, 10" now from your site.

The latch closer handle is broken as shown in the photo. Can you get those?

Unforutnately, the base is not fully visible in your photo. If you could show us a clear photo of the base and confirm the length of the operator arm, that would help us determine which handles would be compatible.
