18" Casement window crank labled "Truth" no longer works. Pictures are of another adjacent window. What parts do we need to replace the mechanism?

The Arm is about 8" long.

Thanks for the new images! These are a huge help. Looks like the worm gear is stripped out, so you'll need a new operator. Star t by looking at our 39-031 and 39-032. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours and see how well they match up. If they differ in any way, let me know exactly how and we can work on another solution.

Thank you for helping me identify which replacement I need for my old Truth operator. You indicate that 39-031 and 39-032 will do the trick. They look similar.

I've enclosed a picture of my the crank handle.
Will your CRANK HANDLE, 11/32" (Product Code: 39-114L)

Good question. Our 39-114L should work just fine. We also offer the fold down version, which is our 39-205. Both would make for a good replacement.

I want help in identifying the color for the 39-114L crank, not sure of the color to select. Mine is below. It has a number 45012 and a number 8 near the handle. What color would you recommend?

That could be bronze, but it's hard to tell from just a photo. Lighting in customer-submitted photos can alter how the actual finish appears. You'll have to look at the pictures on our 39-114L store page and use your best judgement.
