Casement window concealed lever lock

Question

I am trying to repair or replace the lever lock for a wood (alum clad) casement window with screen. The crank has a Pella label on it but not sure if the level lock is Pella. I am not sure how the old lever lock could be removed and replaced. Do you have ideas on how to repair this lever lock? Please see the photos and video, the lock will not fully close and pull the sash to the frame.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell a replacement for this lock, unfortunately. To our knowledge, it's not made anymore. We're not familiar with the replacement process but it likely requires the disassembly of the window trim. We highly recommend contacting Pella directly to have one of their service technicians come out and assist you. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
