I am told this is a Sierra Pacific window. Left opening. You can see the long arm is approximately 10". Do you carry these? Thank you.

Your operator resembles the 39-253RB that uses the 39-529 track slider. Please review the dimensions to confirm a good fit and let me know if you have any additional questions. 

If a new cover and handle are needed, please review the 39-376 or 39-452 depending on style preference.
