The window this is from is in another town so I do not have installed pics.
F-9400-8A stamped on underside of main assembly
There is a C on the extension arm and 1361484

Take a look at our 39-264 Andersen Operator. Note that if your window was manufactured from 1995 through 1998, you'll need the adapter plate as well: see our 39-362.
