Casement window crank 3.5 inches

Home Owner from Gibsonville, North Carolina
I am in need of a casement window crank 3.5 inches long. The smallest size that I have seen listed is a 5 inch crank. I cannot find any numbers or information on the old crank or window to know exactly what I need.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this, but we'd like to see photos of the whole operator removed from the window. I'm afraid too many details are obscured when it's installed.

Hello Emily, I will send you some pictures of the crank assembly that I took off of the window. Thank you for any help that you are able to give me.

Thank you kindly, Mike! Our 39-090 operator resembles what you show here, but we don't sell a version of it with a 3.5" link arm. If you're handy, you could swap the old and new operator link arms. You'll need the 62-014B rivet to do so. What you want to do is place the elbow of the link arm on a metal plate and hammer the 62-014B rivet until the skinny end mushrooms out and locks it in place. Take a look and see what you think.

Thank you for your help. Does a new handle come with the crank, or is that sold separately. If sold separately, would you mind sending me the link for that also. Thank you again.

The 39-114L handle is sold separately. If you prefer a folding version, see the 39-205.
