I need the replacement window crank but the outside mechanism seems to working fine. Thanks .

The outside mechanism is not meant to be separated from the inside base. Since yours have, you need an all new operator entirely.

We can help, but I need to see the whole thing, including the arms that push and pull the window open and closed.

Yes, these photos are perfect, thanks! I think the 39-188 and 39-187 are the best options we have in our inventory. Look them over and let me know what you think.
