Hello i have a window opening with two casement window in it. One of the window not working properly,feels like gears are striped, I took off both window sashes and one looks like it was replaced.it has the spacer on it.i bought the house about 1 yr ago the house was built in 1997

This looks like a good match for our 39-264 Andersen operator and you will also need the 39-362 adapter plate since your window was built in 1997. Compare the dimensions and let us know if you had any questions.
