Hi, I need to replace a window crank approximately 5 1/4 from left to right, the arm is approximately 8 inches when extended. Do you have a replacement? Picture attached.

The image of the casement crank above is exactly what im needing, something with an arm around 5 or 6 inches its older frame window house was built in the 50's.

The 9 inch crank does not work, mounts perfectly but the window does not completely close. It remains open about 4 inched when cranked closed.

I replaced other in the house but this size is different, the arms are broken on the original so no images to attached but the one already posted is the closet I've seen.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a version of the 39-001 and 39-002 operators with a shorter arm. The only other option that we carry with front-mounted installation holes and a shorter arm would be the 39-466 and 39-467. Keep in mind that this is not the exact same style as the operators discussed in this thread and we can't be sure of what would work for you without seeing an undamaged assembly. Take a look and see what you think.

The 39-001 and 39-002 come with a shorter version of the 39-104 handle that attaches to a 3/8" diameter operator spline.

The 39-466 and 39-467 are compatible with the 39-114L or 39-205 folding handles that are sold separately. Take a look and thanks for posting!

Hello! Are you referring to the 39-466? If so, this is compatible with the 39-114L handle. We also sell the 39-205 folding version, if you'd prefer that.
