Thanks for posting! Your window operator is an older version of the 39-092 ROTO Casement Operator (the opposite version is the 39-091). It appears to be used with the 39-557 Roto Spacer. The handles can be replaced with either the 39-224 folding or 39-230 non-folding handle.

We do not have the replacement for the operator arm so you'll need to reuse it, if possible.
