There are no distinguishing marks on the crank except for the one on the underside which i can't make out. I think it says (Active cony) which makes no sense to me at all

This operator appears similar in design to our 39-172. I think yours might just be an older version, but review our measurements to see how well they line up. We also sell the 39-171 for the opposite side.

The numbers seem to all be correct except for the possibility of the 3-1/8. Its hard to tell it may be an 1/8 or 1/16 off. Do you think that would affect its ability to work? Otherwise the others line up perfectly.

If everything else lines up perfectly then I think a small difference on the gear arm will be okay.
