Your exact operator is no longer available but our 39-366 9-1/2" Single Arm Operator can work to replace it, with modification. The compatible handles are the 39-114L and 39-205 (folding) crank handle.

Given the way your track is installed to the window sash, I believe you'll need the 39-520 13-1/2" Operator Track.
