I'm afraid I can't tell you what kind of operator you have based on your photo. This might be a Truth brand part, but you will need to check the operator mechanism itself. Look at the arms especially, their branding is usually self-evident.

If not, or if you aren't sure, I'll need to see more of the operator. Removal would be ideal but if that's not possible then I just need to see as much of it as you can manage, not just the interior base.
