Part numbers in inside of cover are 1361529 and 1361530

Please start by reviewing the 39-331 and 39-332 or the 39-499 and 39-500 operators. Compare the length of the arm and orientation to confirm a good fit!

If your window was manufactured from 1995 to 1998, you will also need an adaptor plate for installation.
