Casement window crank apparatus

Question

Windows were installed in this house in 2005. There&rsquo;s no name on them. I can&rsquo;t identify what the brand is but I&rsquo;ve got four or five of these casement crank windows that have problems and I need to replace the hardware in the crank and the mechanism and I'm trying to identify the parts.

Thanks for posting! You have an older discontinued version of the 39-091 ROTO Casement Operator. The opposite version is the 39-092. We do not sell the compatible link arm for these operators, so you'll need to keep and reuse the existing arms, if possible.

The black nylon piece attached to the base is the 39-557 Roto Spacer. The compatible crank hands are the 39-224 folding and 39-230 non-folding handles.

The hinges can likely be replaced with the 36-031 Pivot Hinge Set. Be sure to look over the dimensions and compare them to confirm that these are the right fit for the window. This pair can be used to replace the top and bottom hinges for left and right handed applications.
