Casement window crank assembly

A quick learner from California, USA says:
The arm of the casement window operator keeps falling out of the window sash. It is a left-hand window. The length of the arm itself is 9 inches. What do I need to order to replace it?

Hello,

Take a look and compare the dimensions of the EntryGard and Caradco operators that we've related to your assembly, paying close attention to the length of the shorter link arm.

I can't tell based on your photos why the long arm is not staying attached to the track. If the original track has any obvious damage, both the Entrygard and Caradco operators use the 39-505 track to connect the long arm to the sash. Take a look and see if this might be the part that you need. Thank you!
