Casement window crank barrel, cover & handle

My window is missing the piece that connects the handle to the cogs/gears on the opener. I have the old cover but it is badly discolored. I also have the old handle but it is damaged. I was able to slide a piece of half inch dowel into the barrel opening up the gear cogs.

The hardware has the word "truth" stamped on it, as well as "Entry Guard."

The window opening is approx. 21" x 41 ".

I need to replace the part that connects the handle to the cogs, and I would also like to replace the handle and plastic cover if possible.

Thanks for your reply, Emily. I ordered the 39-032 plus a handle and cover. I think removing the cap molding will be tricky and that I'll have to use a prybar from the outside. Fingers crossed I won't screw it up. I'll look forward to receiving the parts.
