We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. See the videos related on this page to assist you in the meantime. Thank you!

I can't be sure with the screen still installed and arms attached to the sash, but take a look at the two Roto operator pairs related on this page. Review the measurements below to confirm if one of them matches your assembly. Note that both sets use the 39-232handle and 39-541 track slider, sold separately.
