Casement window crank cover is cracked

A home owner from Massachusetts says:

Hi. I have 4 of these that need replacing. The cranks are good, but the plastic covers that the cranks fit into are all cracked. All are white and have the letters MW on them. Thank you.

The cover should be replaceable with our 39-107. Take a look and see if you agree.
