Casement window crank identification

Home Owner from Grand Rapids, Michigan

Hello,

One of the casement window crank mechanisms isn't working in a house I just bought. The house was built in 1987 and these are probably originally. Both the crank mechanism and arm are labeled "Truth" and have the engraved numbers 45034 and 40352 respectively. And would not mind replacing both the working one and the one that is broken in order to achieve a matching appearance, but I would be delighted if I only had to replace the broken one. Can you guide me to a replacement part?

Thanks,

Isaiah

Hello,

Your casement operators resemble the 39-171 and 39-172 shown below. Take a look and compare the specifications below to confirm they match up to yours.

Please note that we do not carry a sash bracket quite like the one shown in your photos but past customers have purchased the 39-545 and 39-546 with these operators. You can also find additional parts used with these operators under the related items sections of our product pages. Thank you!
