Casement window crank mechanism

A quick learner from San Diego says:
The long arm is 9", the short arm is 4 3/8.
Says Truth Entry Gard and has a number that looks like 31538, but I can't be sure.

I won a glass shop in CA and have ordered from you before. This is in a customer's window, so I can't take it out until we win the job.

Thanks,
Laurel

Thanks for your patience during this busy season, Laurel. Take a look at our 39-031 Truth operator and see if yours match up. Also take a look at the 39-205 folding handle. You might want to use this instead of the 39-102 T-handle to keep from interfering with the window treatments.
