Casement window crank mechanism

Home Owner from Middletown, CT
The underside of the bracket has the #30050. The top side says Truth 30744. I need a replacement for a broken bracket on the other window. It is a two pane window, one opens left, one opens right.

Hello! I want to clarify what you need. Your photos shows two different parts: an operator and a hinge. THe operator is the arm stamped "TRUTH" and your hinge is the arm stamped 30744. These are two distinct parts that don't connect, so it's important to differentiate which one you need.

Assuming you need the hinge, which I think you might, then I recommend our 36-048. This is a little different from your original but should still work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below should clarify what I mean.

Thank you for your response. Could you please give me the part number for the arm also? I don't want to open the window again as the part rusted and broke and when opened caused the window to shift out of place. I don't want to purchase the wrong piece...I'd rather have both when I'm ready to fix it.

I'm less certain about what the operator is. It could be our 39-028E, but much of it is obscured in your photo and this is more of an educated guess. I highly recommend looking over the photos and dimensions we show for this product to ensure everything is the same. If it differs, let me know and we can come up with another solution.
