Casement window crank mechanism parts for condo

A landlord from Dana Point, CA says:
Trying to find replacement parts for this crank mechanism. The main problem is that the arms drop out of the track.

Greetings -

In the past, when I had trouble with the operator bearing staying in the track, I would just reinstall the track lower on the sash. Another easier option is to bend the casement arm up a little. Just bend it a little touch at a time until you get the bearing where you want it. Also, lubricate the track with some silicone spray.
