Casement window crank operator needed

A home owner from Newark, NY says:
We are in need of a replacement window crank for a casement window. The measurements are marked on the photo but repeated here: length 6 1/4", width 1 1/2", height 5/8", The diameter of the button 17/32". Length of arm from inside of curve is 9 1/2". There are no markings on either the window or the crank to identify window manufacturer or part numbers/models. This is an old window and the crank that is broken was a replacement crank. Thank you.

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
As a replacement, take a look at our 39-002 operator. That could be a match for yours. You will need to reuse those two sill angle brackets to install the new operator, however. We do not carry that hardware.
