Casement window crank replacments

A home owner from Colorado says:
Hello,
I have several right hand and left hand cranks to replace in my 25+ year old home, and I'm hoping you have replacement parts for me. 3 photos of an example crant are attached. Description is as follows:

4 arms -
- 1st arm (longest) says EntryGard TRUTH (about 8 1/2" long) and connects the operator to an 11 3/8" track on window rail.
- 2nd arm says 20544 (4 7/16" long) and connects to bracket screwed into rail.
- 3rd arm has a curve and connects 1st and 2nd arms, and is about 1 1/2" long on one segment and 2" on the other leg).
- 4th arm underneath (about 6" long) connects bottom rail to window sill below where operator screws into the sill.
- Plastic operator cover says BiltBest and ranges from about 4 7/16 to 4 5/8"
Look forward to hearing back, and you have a blessed day!

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard operators to yours. As for the hinges, yours reminds me of the 36-048 except the part that mounts directly to the window sill seems to extend across most of the window based on your photos. With that being said, I believe that the 36-048 could still work for you and would be our best replacement option. Take a look and see what you think. Thank you!
