Please show me a few pictures of the crank in question, removed from the window, and we can help recommend a replacement. Please also tell me its dimensions. Thanks!

The length if the piece is 5 1/2 inches, the gear is simply rusted. I cannot get any movement even after soaking it in DW 40

Hello, thanks for the extra information. I would suggest that you consider our 39-346 as a replacement. Your jalousie operator with the small link arm is no longer available, but I believe the 39-346 could work as it has similar dimensions and comes with a variety of different sized link arms. Check it out and see what you think.
