Casement window crank system

Hello, I bought this house with no information on these windows or crank systems. They have no markings on them. Can you please provide which I need to replace them? Thank you!

Thank you Tom. The interior screw to screw piece is 5". The exterior arm is 4 1/2". What unit would be that be? I can go to your website and purchase?

We unfortunately don't sell a version of this operator with a 4-1/2" arm. That is a somewhat older, alternative design we're unable to supply.

If you're handy, you may be able to alter our 39-187 to work on your window by adjusting the placement of the sash bracket, or swapping the arms out between them. But either option involves a fair bit of handiwork; you may want to consider hiring a professional for that.
