Casement window crank won't stay put

Hi,
the window crank comes right off in my hand when I try to use it. I'd like to replace it

Thanks for writing in! Your window handle reminds me of the 39-224 Fold-down Crank Handle with a 5/16" hex. Although, you'll need to first see if the connecting piece from the handle can be removed from the operator.
