Casement window crank and bracket

A quick learner from Grosse Pointe Park says:

Looking for a Pella crank and window arm/ bracket for a Pella casement window. The only visible markings are WL. My crank latch doesn't seem to be closing the window all the way and I don't see any adjustment screws.
