Casement window crank and weather stripping

Home Owner from San Francisco, CA
I have a woodclad casement window purchased around 2008, so is around 17 years old. The left window crank no longer opens. Since it is so old, i would like to replace the whole mechanism. What pieces do i need?

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 39-091 and 39-092. These Roto operators look like matches for your old hardware but you must reuse the old link arms, if possible, since they are discontinued and no longer available.

For a new handle, see the 39-224 which is sold separately.

We're happy to look into the weatherstripping but we'll need you to remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear photo of the end profile.
